WHAT IS SRI RUDRAM?
Sri Rudram is a revered Vedic prayer dedicated to Lord Shiva and is traditionally recited as part of Vedic worship. Embedded in the Krishna Yajur Veda, it celebrates the all-pervading omnipresence, supreme benevolence, and cosmic protection of Lord Parameshwara.
Comprising the sacred Namakam and Chamakam, Sri Rudram invokes divine blessings for peace, auspiciousness, and spiritual illumination.
